With her technical and operational expertise Gudrun Skupch has played a key role in the success story of PAVIS since 1995. Her appointment as board director in 2004 set the cooperative on a new course. She became the first full-time board director of PAVIS eG and was appointed chairperson of the board in 2008. When the business was transferred into a limited company in 2016, she was appointed CEO of PAVIS GmbH.
During her long service, Gudrun has developed PAVIS into one of Europe's leading intellectual property service providers. Focusing on professional expertise and superior customer service, and building a strong network of partners and agents, she is held in high esteem in the IP industry and has set the course for a successful future.
It is therefore all the more gratifying that PAVIS will be able to continue to draw on Gudrun's know-how, experience and expertise in the future. She will continue to help PAVIS on its successful path and with new goals as a member of the advisory board.
Thomas Gruber as CEO and Michael Jung as CFO will take over Gudrun’s operational tasks. They have been supporting her in management since 2018. On the back of a successful and smooth transition and handover, the new management can build on Gudrun’s success story and focus on new challenges – such as digitisation and expanding into new territories to ensure that PAVIS will continue to be a leading player in the IP industry.
