Constructive collaboration

Since 2004

PAVIS has been handling patent annuity payments for Knorr-Bremse since 2004. Both sides have built a constructive cooperation based on trust, in which Knorr-Bremse particularly appreciates the personal customer service it receives from their PAVIS contacts.

PAVIS Connect – an innovative and intelligent interface – was integrated in 2015 to reduce the administrative workload for the IP department even further. Since its rapid and smooth introduction, system-side communication between the IP management software EIDOPAT and PAVIS is operating fully automatically and in real time. All manual work steps such as the email transmission of data or receipts, or the manual logging of invoices have since been made obsolete. In addition, data quality has improved as a result of direct feedback from the system.

At the beginning of 2021, when Knorr-Bremse will implement a new IP management system internally, it will again call on the support of PAVIS and its long-standing experience with the migration of one IP management system to another. Knorr-Bremse staff can count on their PAVIS contacts for active support in the migration process and in adjusting all relevant parameters. PAVIS will adapt to the new requirements and work out solutions together with Knorr-Bremse to ensure that the IP management system runs as smoothly as before.
