Payment of fees to the European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) - OHIM

• If the official fees (e.g. filing fee, opposition fee, appeal fee and registration fee) do not reach OHIM within the statutorily prescribed period, payment is deemed not to have been made.
• The OHIM does not send any payment reminders.
• A bank transfer from Germany to Alicante takes between 48 hours and twelve days.
• Spanish corresponding banks often charge unforeseen transfer fees.
